11:00 – Forum at the Schoolof Magistrates, in cooperation with the EU Delegation to Albania, UNHCR Albania, IOM Albania, the Embassy of Switzerland, screening the film The Mandate followed by a Q&A with director Stefan Ziegler.

13:00 – Screenings at COD-Center for Openness and Dialog with high school pupils

17:00 Main program films screenings.
