Today, in the framework of the 19th edition of IHRFFA, two forums were organised, one at the Authority for Information on Former State Security Documents with the screening of the films THE THIRD BULLET and THE DNA OF DIGNITY, followed by a discussion moderated by Erida Skëndaj, Executive director of the Albanian Helsinki Committee.

And the other forum at the POLIS University, with the films EMPATHY FOR CONCRETE THINGS in presence of the director Gregory Gan, followed by a Q&A session, and the short film RELOCATING A STRUCTURE.
