Opening the 20th Edition – Day 1

Opening ceremony of the 20th edition on Sept. 15, 2025 at the Academy of Film & Multimedia Marubi, welcoming guests, then speeches from Mr. Andre Rizzo, Acting Head of Delegation of the European Union to Albania and Head of the Political Section, Main Partner of the 20th edition, followed by Theodore S. Orlin, Honorary President of IHRFFA, and IHRFFA’s Executive Director Kujtim Çashku.

Introduction of the opening film “The boy with pink trousers” by screenwriter/producer Roberto Proia, and Director of the Italian Institute of Culture Alessandro Ruggera.
