Nastya was 6 when on New Year’s Eve shells fired by the Russian army hit their house. For these children war has become a part of a landscape, an atmosphere. Today, most of Nastya’s life loop on her ruined house. To return to a normal life, Nastya needs help of psychologists. She has PTSD. But Nastya doesn’t stop dreaming. Like every girl, she dreams of a new big house, of a pet, of get an education. A child is a child, after all! According to official statistics, about 10,000 children live in the war zone in Ukraine.

This story is about children who do not see the war on TV and about childhood, which continues despite the war. Heaps are the place where the action takes place, and at the same time the image of “worked” and abandoned human lives. The story of children who suffered from the shelling, who lost their parents and loved ones, but continue to live and love where life has left hope for others.
