During this ceremony, IHRFFA Executive Director Kujtim Çashku awarded the Certificate of Recognition and the Human Rights Medallion to the Ambassador of Spain, H.E. Mr. Gabriel Cremades, for his support to the 21st edition of IHRFFA.
