On Thursday 17th Sept, the 2nd edition of Queer Film Days within IHRFFA, was launched, unfortunately in special conditions, as the weather was not clement, the organizers and participants had to decide to go inside, respecting distance and masks.
After an introduction by Kujtim Çashku, IHRFFA’s executive Director, opening speeches by organizers Arbër Kodra, Executive Director of Open Mind Spectrum Albania (OMSA), a welcoming video from the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Albania, Her Excellency Guusje Korthals Altes, followed by dutch organization Stichting Art.1 with Chris Belloni, Director and Galo De La Huerta, Project Manager. Then Albanian institutions with Etleva Sheshi, Assistant Commissioner at the Ombudsman’s office, and Robert Gajda, Commissioner for the Law against Discrimination.
