For half a century, historical remembrance has been marked annually at the Sima de Jinámar in Gran Canaria. New archaeological discoveries have confirmed the presence of human remains linked to the anonymous victims executed by the Franco regime in this deep cave of volcanic origin. We must go further to make amends for these crimes and ensure justice is done.
